Someone who sees a manual process and immediately asks: "How do we automate this?"

Someone who sees a bottleneck and asks: "Can an agent do this?"

Someone who sees a marketing problem and asks: "What experiment can we launch today?"

The Role :-

You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, building, and managing growth systems that increase:

  • Brand awareness
  • Organic traffic
  • App installs
  • Free trial signups
  • Paid subscriptions
  • User engagement
  • Revenue

This is not a "manage social media" role.

This is not a "coordinate vendors" role.

This is a growth leadership role.

You will work directly with the CEO to identify the highest-leverage opportunities in the business and execute them aggressively using AI, automation, systems thinking, and experimentation.

What Success Looks Like :-

You wake up every morning asking: "What is the highest leverage experiment we can launch today?"

  • You identify opportunities.
  • You create systems.
  • You build workflows.
  • You orchestrate humans and AI.
  • You execute.
  • You measure.

  • You repeat.

Core Responsibilities:-

Growth Systems & Experimentation :

  • Design and execute growth experiments weekly
  • Identify acquisition channels competitors are ignoring
  • Build repeatable growth engines instead of one-off campaigns
  • Constantly improve conversion rates throughout the funnel
  • Monitor KPIs and identify bottlenecks before anyone else notices them
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized growth roadmap

AI Workflow Design :

  • Design sophisticated AI-powered marketing systems
  • Build agentic workflows that replace repetitive manual work
  • Create autonomous research, content, outreach, and reporting systems
  • Leverage AI agents to increase output velocity across the organization
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate unnecessary work through automation

Content Operations :

  • Repurpose weekly CEO content into dozens or hundreds of assets
  • Build content pipelines using AI tools and automation
  • Coordinate content production across multiple platforms
  • Manage scheduling and distribution
  • Continuously test formats, hooks, thumbnails, topics, and messaging

Community & Brand Growth :

  • Identify relevant discussions across Reddit, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, X, Quora, and industry communities
  • Engage authentically where contractors are already spending time
  • Respond to reviews and customer feedback
  • Surface valuable product feedback to leadership
  • Build relationships with influencers, creators, affiliates, and industry partners

Analytics & Reporting :

  • Measure what matters
  • Create dashboards and reporting systems
  • Monitor leading indicators of growth
  • Make decisions based on data rather than opinions
  • Present recommendations backed by evidence

Team & AI Management :

  • Delegate work to AI agents and human assistants
  • Define clear goals, KPIs, and deliverables
  • Create SOPs and systems that scale
  • Increase team output without increasing headcount
  • Operate like an owner, not an employee

You should already be highly proficient with most of the following:

You do NOT need to be a professional software engineer.
