We help clients create high-quality AI-powered videos without traditional filming, editing, or production complexity. Our platform combines strategy, scripts, images, AI videos, content planning, approvals, scheduling, brand intelligence, and reusable templates into one connected workflow. 

Our Done-for-You AI video service helps clients start quickly with professional, publish-ready videos. Over time, clients can continue with Done-for-You support or use the CoreAIVideo platform directly. 

We are now looking for 3 Founding Managing Partners to help us build our partner-led sales channel.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional sales job. 

As a Managing Partner, you will help build a remote sales partner structure around CoreAIVideo’s AI video and content platform.

You will sell CoreAIVideo directly to customers and build a team of Business Partners who can also generate customer revenue. 

This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands modern social selling and knows how to generate leads, conversations, and deals through platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.

You can start part-time alongside another role, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, and later scale into a full-time focus if the revenue makes sense for you.

What You Will Do

As Managing Partner, you will: 

  • Sell CoreAIVideo Done-for-You and platform services to founders, CEOs, consultants, agencies, creators, and B2B companies. 
  • Use social selling strategies on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels to generate qualified leads. 
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline. 
  • Run outreach, discovery conversations, presentations, and follow-ups. 
  • Recruit, onboard, and support selected Business Partners. 
  • Build and manage your own sales team over time. 
  • Coach Business Partners on outreach, positioning, pipeline, and closing. 
  • Join regular pipeline and partner review calls. 
  • Provide market feedback to the CoreAIVideo team. 

CoreAIVideo handles the platform, production workflow, onboarding, fulfillment, and delivery. Your focus is sales, relationship-building, partner activation, and pipeline growth. 

What CoreAIVideo Provides

We do not expect Managing Partners to build everything alone. 

CoreAIVideo provides: 

  • Access to a CRM system to manage leads, pipeline, deals, and partner activity. 
  • Sales materials, demo assets, presentations, and product positioning. 
  • Active support during the onboarding phase. 
  • Support and guidance in early customer presentations. 
  • Help with sales calls and product explanations when needed. 
  • Training on the CoreAIVideo offer, pricing, workflow, and customer positioning. 
  • Support in onboarding Business Partners. 

In the early phase, we will work closely with Managing Partners to help them understand the offer, approach the right customers, present the product clearly, and build a structured sales process.

Compensation Model

This is a commission-based partner role. 

Managing Partners receive: 

25% commission on their own directly closed customer revenue.

After generating at least: 

€10,000 in personally closed and collected customer revenue, 

Managing Partners unlock: 

5% override on future revenue generated by directly assigned Business Partners.

Important: Managing Partners can recruit, onboard, and support Business Partners from the beginning. The €10,000 threshold only applies to the activation of the 5% override commission. 

There is no commission for simply recruiting partners. Commissions are tied to real customer revenue. 

Business Partners in your team receive: 

20% commission on their own direct customer sales.

Partner commissions remain attached to acquired customers as long as revenue is collected, whether the customer uses Done-for-You services or the CoreAIVideo platform directly.

Requirements

We are looking for experienced sales professionals, social sellers, or commercial operators who can generate business through relationships, social media, and structured outreach. 

You should have: 

  • Proven sales or business development experience. 
  • Strong experience using social media for lead generation, sales, or audience building. 
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or other social selling channels. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline. 
  • Confidence in speaking with founders, executives, consultants, agencies, and business owners. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Interest in AI, video, personal branding, social media, and digital marketing. 
  • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week. 
  • Ability to work remotely and report pipeline progress regularly. 
  • Willingness to build and support Business Partners over time. 

Nice to Have

  • Existing network of founders, agencies, consultants, creators, or B2B decision-makers. 
  • Experience selling recurring services or SaaS products. 
  • Experience building or managing sales teams. 
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, creator partnerships, social media funnels, or community-led sales. 
  • Knowledge of AI video tools, content marketing, or personal branding. 
  • Experience selling services or products through Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or creator-led channels.
