Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business leads within the Rawalpindi region.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge regarding lubricant formulations to effectively inform and advise customers.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and pricing to maximize sales and profit margins while meeting customer requirements.
  • Execute sales strategies aimed at increasing the number of quality customers and overall sales volume.
  • Regularly visit existing and prospective customers to present product features and benefits, and gather market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand market trends and competitive products for positioning KTC Global’s lubricant products.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports on sales activities, and provide timely feedback on market developments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all sales transactions.
  • Continuously update skills and product knowledge through training sessions and self-learning to remain current with industry advancements.
