Vision Infinity is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in a B2B environment, along with strong communication and persuasion skills. This is a remote, and 100% commission-based initially. You will earn based on leads generated and meetings qualified/converted. High-performing individuals will be considered for a permanent position with a fixed salary + commission structure based on performance and consistency.

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and outreach across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit. You will identify potential leads, initiate conversations, qualify prospects based on business needs and decision-making authority, and book meetings with high-intent clients. You have to meet targets while maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. A strong understanding of market research, customer behavior, and lead prioritization is essential to focus efforts on high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads and Prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Reddit), and CRM tools
  • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and meaningful conversations
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-making authority, and alignment with company objectives
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and guide them through the early stages of the sales funnel
  • Prioritize high-value opportunities using effective lead qualification and scoring techniques
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and progress within the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach and lead generation efforts
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
