Essential Job Functions:
Runbook Documentation
Create and maintain runbooks for operational processes and service workflows
Document troubleshooting procedures and operational tasks
Operational Knowledge Capture
Work with technical teams to gather information about operational practices
Translate technical input into clear and usable documentation
Knowledge Base Updates
Maintain and update knowledge base articles and operational documentation
Ensure documentation reflects current service configurations and procedures
Documentation Organization
Ensure documentation follows established templates and standards
Assist in organizing documentation within knowledge management platforms
Continuous Improvement
Support ongoing updates to runbooks as services and operational procedures evolve
What Qualifies You
Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3 to 5 years of experience in IT operations, technical documentation, or support environments\
Strong written communication skills
Ability to organize and structure technical information clearly
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to cloud platforms or infrastructure services
Familiarity with managed services environments
Basic understanding of IT service management concepts
