Job Snapshot

We're looking for a highly analytical and proactive Junior Media Buyer to support and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Meta.

This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience managing ad campaigns and wants to accelerate their growth inside a fast-moving ecommerce environment.

You'll work closely with the Head of Growth to launch campaigns, test creatives, analyse performance, and optimise accounts based on real data.

This is not an admin role.

You will be inside the ad accounts every day, learning how profitable customer acquisition actually works.

The Role Overview

This role exists to help scale paid acquisition across Meta while maintaining strong performance and accurate tracking.

You will assist in campaign management, creative testing, reporting, optimisation, and analytics.

You'll learn how to evaluate performance through the lens of ROAS, CAC, AOV, and overall business economics—not just platform metrics.

The goal is to develop you into a highly capable performance marketer over time.

Responsibilities

You will be accountable for:

1. Campaign Execution

Launch, monitor, and optimise Meta campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and conversion objectives.

2. Creative Testing

Build and manage structured tests across creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.

3. Performance Analysis

Review campaign performance daily and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and results.

4. Reporting & Insights

Prepare performance reports and communicate findings clearly to the team.

5. Tracking & Analytics Support

Assist with Meta Pixel, CAPI, conversion tracking, and analytics investigations to ensure data accuracy.

6. AI-Powered Marketing

Use AI tools to generate creative variations, analyse performance trends, and accelerate testing velocity.

Required Experience

Seniority Level: Junior/Medior

We're looking for potential, curiosity, and execution ability more than years of experience.

You should have:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on paid media experience.
  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience working with ecommerce or DTC brands.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with numbers and performance metrics.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn quickly and take ownership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify.
  • Familiarity with GA4.
  • Exposure to Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
  • Experience creating or briefing ad creatives.
  • AppLovin experience.
  • Basic SEO knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

Starting budget:

Approximately $2,000 USD/month

Final compensation will depend on experience, capability, and demonstrated results.
