- Strong understanding of creator contracts, usage rights, deliverables, and rate negotiation
- Experience writing clear creative briefs that translate brand goals into platform-native content
- Comfort analyzing campaign performance (engagement, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and making data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills to run multiple creator campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Availability for 4+ hours of daily overlap with U.S. East Coast hours
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Experience with influencer platforms such as GRIN, CreatorIQ, Aspire, or similar
- Familiarity with UGC sourcing and whitelisting/Spark Ads for paid amplification
- Experience coordinating with paid media teams to scale top-performing creator content
- Basic understanding of affiliate and performance-based creator structures
- Experience using AI tools within marketing workflows
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends
Responsibilities:
- Source, vet, and onboard creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube aligned to the brand
- Manage end-to-end outreach, negotiation, contracting, and relationship management with creators
- Write creative briefs that give creators clear direction while keeping content organic and platform-native
- Run multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously, managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Track and report on campaign performance, optimizing for engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Identify top-performing creators and content for repurposing and paid amplification
- Build a repeatable system for scaling the creator program month over month
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and paid media teams on campaign concepts and launches
- Maintain organized records of creator agreements, deliverables, and performance data
- Stay up to date with creator marketing trends, platform changes, and high-performing content formats
What Success Looks Like:
- A growing roster of reliable, on-brand creators producing consistent content
- Influencer campaigns that drive measurable engagement, conversions, and revenue
