Who we are

Dreamport is a global platform that trains and supports people to become freelance travel agents. We provide tools, training, and ongoing support to help you start and grow a freelance travel business.

Role overview

As a Freelance Travel Agent, you will respond to flight and travel package requests, advise clients to find the best options, use booking and sales platforms, build long-term client relationships, and participate in ongoing training and development.

Compensation model

This is a commission-based freelance role with no base salary. Commissions are paid monthly in arrears and depend on sales results. New agents may earn up to $500 USD per month during initial months; with experience, many reach $1,000+ USD per month. There is no formal employment contract; agents work as freelancers.

Initial training

Free intensive 2-week training is provided. Full availability for approximately 8 hours per day is required during the training period. The training period is unpaid but required to start generating income.
