We are hiring GTM Specialist to own and execute the company's entire go-to-market engine. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, responsible for building pipeline, running outbound campaigns, and directly booking meetings with decision-makers.

The delivery team is based in Pakistan, and the company is in a fast-growth phase targeting US and Western markets.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution
- Run cold outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn) independently
- Build and manage outbound pipelines targeting US/Western decision-makers
- Write high-converting outreach copy (email + LinkedIn messages)
- Set up and optimize deliverability infrastructure (domains, sequences, warming, etc.)
- Book qualified meetings with founders/decision-makers
- Track and report campaign performance (open rates, replies, conversions, meetings booked)
- Identify and test new acquisition channels for growth
Requirements (Must-Have)
- 3+ years experience in GTM, outbound sales, or business development (tech services / SaaS / agency)
- Proven experience selling to US/UK/EU clients
- Hands-on expertise in cold email campaigns (not just strategy)
- Strong LinkedIn outbound experience (Sales Navigator + DM sequences)
- Experience with tools like: Apollo, Clay, Instantly / Smartlead / Lemlist, HubSpot or similar CRM
- Ability to show verifiable results (revenue, pipeline, meetings booked, campaign metrics)
- Strong written English (native-level outreach copy)
- Must have worked on B2B tech services (software, AI/ML, or product development)
