We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team full-time and help build and maintain the systems that power our business.
Position Overview
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving a variety of internal and customer-facing applications. You will work closely with management and operations teams to create technology solutions that improve efficiency, automate workflows, streamline communication, and support company growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world business challenges and taking ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and internal business systems
- Build and improve customer-facing portals and dashboards
- Develop APIs and backend services
- Integrate third-party platforms and software solutions
- Create workflow automation tools and reporting systems
- Collaborate with leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot bugs and resolve technical issues
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
- Document systems, processes, and development standards
- Assist with ongoing improvements to company technology infrastructure
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks
- Experience with Node.js or comparable backend technologies
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Strong database experience (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Experience using Git and modern development workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms and application deployment
- Experience with AI integrations and automation tools
- Experience with CRM systems and business process automation
- Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, Firebase, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Twilio, telephony systems, or communications platforms
- Experience developing operational, logistics, or workflow management systems
