Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Associate Recruiter to work on a contractual basis. This role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for open positions across global teams in technology and marketing sectors. The position plays a key role in scaling the workforce efficiently and ensuring timely placements that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and identify qualified candidates for open roles across multiple geographies using job boards, social platforms, and internal networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and compensation expectations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to refine job requirements, job postings, and selection criteria based on evolving business needs.
• Manage candidate pipelines in applicant tracking systems, update records, and track all stages of the recruitment workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placement within technology or marketing environments.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Recruiting to manage candidate databases and recruitment workflows.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search operators, and job boards to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers across diverse cultures and time zones.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities with minimal supervision, and meet tight deadlines.
