Description:

Global HR Solutions, a marketing and advertising firm based in Islamabad, is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive online presence, and generate qualified leads. This part-time role suits an independent, data-driven professional with strong communication skills and at least two years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital strategies across SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid channels to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct SEO audits, perform keyword research, and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms to streamline campaign workflows and nurture leads effectively.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media analytics; deliver data-driven reports and recommendations.
  • Optimize conversions through A/B testing, Google Optimize, and tag management using Google Tag Manager.
  • Create and oversee content plans aligned with SEO best practices to engage target audiences across channels.
  • Monitor social media presence with social listening tools to protect brand reputation and spot opportunities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns reflect company goals and comply with policies and regulations.
  • Manage project timelines independently within a part-time scope, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing with hands-on SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Experience conducting SEO audits and performing keyword research.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Facebook Insights; experience with social media analytics and monitoring tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and Google Optimize.
  • Knowledge of tag implementation and management using Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and campaign management.
  • Skills in conversion rate optimization and data analytics to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
  • Meta/Facebook and Google certifications are advantageous but not required.
