Description:
This role supports day-to-day digital marketing tasks for projects, including social media coordination, content updates, basic SEO support, paid ads support, reporting, research, and organized marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with social media scheduling, content updates, and post coordination
- Help manage content calendars, task updates, and marketing follow-ups
- Support basic SEO tasks such as keyword research, on-page updates, meta descriptions, blog formatting, and local SEO updates
- Assist with paid ads support, including ad copy updates, basic campaign checks, reporting, and coordination with ad specialists
- Support email marketing tasks such as list updates, basic campaigns, and reporting
- Conduct online research, competitor checks, and simple keyword lookups
- Prepare basic analytics summaries, performance reports, and weekly updates
- Update website content, blogs, or landing pages when needed
What we’re looking for
Must-have
- 2 years relevant experience (marketing, internship, freelance or coursework accepted)
- Good spoken and written English
- Comfortable using Canva and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)
- Basic understanding of social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and digital marketing workflows
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress
- Experience with content calendars, basic reporting, and campaign coordination
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to follow through on tasks
