We are looking for a smart and hardworking Data Processing Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Looking for a detail-oriented resource to support a data clean-up and migration project
• Main work will involve updating records, removing fields and importing Excel data into the system
• High attention to detail is critical (work involves repetitive updates in a live system)
• Comfortable working with Excel (basic sorting, filtering, handling structured data)
• Able to follow SOPs and repeat tasks consistently without errors
• Experience with Clio or any legal software is preferred
