Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Remote

Shift Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
BlueKarrots is looking for motivated and energetic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and effectively selling our services while maintaining high professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell services
- Follow all guidelines, scripts, and protocols provided by management
- Clearly explain services and handle customer questions or concerns
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets
- Maintain proper call etiquette and compliance at all times
- Accurately document call outcomes and customer information

- Proven selling and persuasion skills
