Company Overview
We are a growing UAE-based furniture brand, delivering high-quality home and office furniture to customers across the United Arab Emirates. Our customer support operations are managed from our on-site office in Gulberg, Lahore, where we provide professional assistance to our UAE customers. This is not a remote position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally for UAE-based customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support
- Provide accurate information regarding furniture products, pricing, availability, and company policies
- Respond to customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and supervisors) when required
- Follow company service standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (speaking and listening)
- Ability to work morning shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
- Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
