Job Description: Refine Success (Pvt. Ltd.) is a Lahore-based financial services firm delivering tailored capital, advisory and tech-enabled solutions to individuals, SMEs and corporates across Pakistan. We seek a Remote Content Creator (fresh graduates) to produce clear, engaging financial content for digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Research financial topics (investments, working capital, digital finance) and translate them into simple, accurate content.
- Write posts for social media, blog articles, newsletters, and website copy.
- Create video scripts, short-form content, and assist with visuals (Canva templates).
- Apply basic SEO and keywords; optimize headlines and meta descriptions.
- Collaborate with marketing, design and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and brand voice.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
- Meet deadlines and manage an editorial calendar for remote work.
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with excellent grammar.
- Basic understanding of finance terminology and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats and basic SEO.
- Comfortable creating brief visuals (Canva) and drafting video scripts.
- Good research, communication, time-management and attention to detail.
- Proactive, open to feedback, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
