We combine local market insight with disciplined analytics to deliver investment advisory, corporate finance, risk management, working capital solutions and digital financial services that improve liquidity, profitability and long-term growth. We are seeking a Communication Expert to join our Islamabad team and help shape internal and external communications across a growing, multidisciplinary finance practice.

• Develop and execute communications strategies tailored to product lines (investment advisory, corporate finance, risk management, digital finance) that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Create and manage content for press releases, client presentations, corporate collateral, investor updates, website pages and social media, ensuring clarity, accuracy and brand consistency.
• Support internal communications by drafting leadership messages, employee updates and training materials to enhance cross-functional collaboration and change adoption.
• Coordinate media and stakeholder engagement, prepare spokespeople, organize briefings and respond to media inquiries in coordination with leadership and compliance.
• Maintain quality control through editing, fact-checking and ensuring communications meet legal and regulatory standards applicable to financial services in Pakistan.
• Measure and report impact by monitoring media coverage, content performance metrics and stakeholder feedback, and recommending improvements.

The role is office-based in Islamabad with flexibility for hybrid remote work; you will collaborate closely with teams in Lahore and other locations. This position requires a proactive communicator who can translate technical financial concepts into clear messages for clients, regulators and internal audiences while preserving brand voice and compliance.

What we're looking for

• Writing and editing: Clear, concise copy for diverse formats (press releases, reports, presentations, web, social media) with strong attention to grammar and fact accuracy.
• Financial literacy: Ability to understand and simplify financial concepts such as corporate finance, risk management, working capital and investment products.
• Stakeholder engagement: Experience preparing executive briefings, media talking points and coordinating cross-functional communications.
• Brand and tone management: Maintain consistent voice across channels and adapt messaging to audiences (clients, regulators, employees, investors).
• Content planning and analytics: Develop content calendars, use basic analytics to track performance and optimize content based on metrics.
• Compliance awareness: Familiarity with regulatory considerations for financial communications and ability to work with legal/compliance teams.
• Tools and collaboration: Proficiency with MS Office, presentation software and common CMS or social platforms; strong interpersonal skills for teamwork across Lahore and Islamabad.
