Support business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new clients for lending and advisory products.
Proactively source and qualify prospective clients in target sectors (SMEs, corporates, high-net-worth individuals) through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
Manage the end-to-end prospecting pipeline: lead generation, qualification, needs assessment, and handover to relationship managers or credit teams.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client financing, advisory, or cash-flow needs and articulate service offerings and value proposition.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect status in CRM; prepare weekly pipeline and conversion reports for management.
Collaborate with product, underwriting, and marketing teams to tailor proposals, pricing guidance, and targeted campaigns.
Achieve monthly lead and conversion targets while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Work remotely/online with required travel within Lahore and other regions as needed.
What we’re looking for
