Refine Success (Pvt. Ltd.) is a Lahore-based financial services firm providing capital, advisory, and technology-enabled solutions to individuals, SMEs and corporates across Pakistan. We are hiring an Online/Remote Client Hunting & Business Development professional (3 years’ experience) to drive new client acquisition, expand our SME and corporate client base, and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and qualify new B2B leads (SMEs, corporates, high-net-worth individuals) using digital channels and networks
- Manage full sales cycle: outreach, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
- Develop tailored commercial proposals in coordination with product, credit and advisory teams
- Maintain and update pipeline and client records in CRM; forecast sales and report KPIs
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets and contribute to revenue growth plans
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships and ensure smooth handover to operations
- Minimum 3 years’ proven B2B sales/business development experience in financial services or fintech
- Strong prospecting skills (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns) and closing ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Good financial acumen to craft client solutions and commercial proposals
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and remote sales workflows
- Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, able to work remotely and liaise with Lahore office/time zone
