The Capital Executive at Vivo Pakistan plays a critical role in managing daily financial operations related to capital management and bank transactions. This role requires detailed oversight of account confirmations, bank reconciliations, and payment processing to ensure accurate and timely handling of funds. The candidate must efficiently coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and banks, acting as the primary liaison for all banking matters. The position also involves handling cash disbursements, salary transfers, and maintaining thorough financial documentation and reporting to support financial integrity and compliance within the company. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software and online banking portals. The Capital Executive handles multiple responsibilities including managing key accounts and branch deposits, preparing daily bank reconciliations, and ensuring all payments are approved, recorded, and compliant with tax regulations. Key tasks include processing vendor payments, managing petty cash, overseeing cheque preparations, and disbursing payments to employees and government authorities. The role requires constant communication with the Customer Service Department to confirm deposits and reconcile service revenue, as well as reporting on monthly financial activities to the Chief Financial Officer. The position requires at least one year of relevant experience and a strong educational background in business or commerce, such as an MBA or M.Com. The role does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration across departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Confirm key accounts and branch deposits daily through the Ding Talk group to ensure accurate fund tracking.
  • Update and report the daily bank reconciliation statement via email, maintaining transparency of financial movements.
  • Check, approve, and record entries for bank payments made to vendors, ensuring correct tax calculations and compliance.
  • Act as the liaison between Vivo Pakistan and banking institutions to address and resolve any bank-related issues.
  • Process and verify payments across various company groups to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and manage daily cheques and organize bank documentation to support transaction integrity.
  • Maintain petty cash funds and disburse employee reimbursements promptly, ensuring detailed records.
  • Disburse bank payments to vendors, factories, customer service departments, and government authorities through the online banking portal.
  • Manage payments to Chinese employees in foreign currency using online banking platforms, ensuring compliance with currency regulations.
  • Transfer monthly salaries to employees via the online banking portal and record the transactions in the financial software accurately.
  • Manage company funds to guarantee timely payment of factory and import-related expenses, optimizing cash flow.
  • Report customer service deposit confirmations daily to the Customer Service Department for ongoing transaction monitoring.
  • Provide monthly financial overviews including bank and cash payments of the head office, receipts from branches and key accounts, as well as duty and import payments to the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Confirm deposits from After Sales Service Centers, including cash, POS, and QR scanner payments, in coordination with the Customer Service team each day.
  • Ensure all receipts are updated and recorded in the financial system timely and accurately.
  • Maintain proper filing and secure storage of all company financial documents to uphold organizational standards and audit readiness.
  • Receive and record cash from employees for mobile phone purchases, ensuring accuracy in financial software entries.
  • Apply for payment requisitions through the Ding Talk platform with adequate documentation for approvals related to bank payments or other charges.
  • Reconcile aftersales revenue monthly with the Customer Service Department to align financial records.
