About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled Automation & Business Intelligence Specialist to help streamline operations, automate repetitive workflows, and build powerful reporting dashboards across our business units and projects.
This role will focus on designing scalable automations, integrating systems, leveraging AI agents to improve efficiency, and transforming business data into actionable insights through dynamic dashboards and reporting tools.
The ideal candidate is passionate about process optimization, data visualization, AI-driven workflows, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
Connect and consolidate data from multiple platforms such as CRMs, LMS platforms, spreadsheets, databases, APIs, and operational systems.
Develop automated reporting systems for management, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and project tracking.
Build KPI dashboards with real-time or scheduled data updates.
Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting reliability.
Workflow Automation & AI Integration
Automate repetitive business processes using workflow automation tools and AI-powered agents.
Design and implement AI-assisted workflows for operations, customer support, reporting, scheduling, lead management, and internal productivity.
Integrate systems and platforms through APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
Build internal tools and automations to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Explore and implement AI agents for task execution, reporting, content generation, ticket routing, and workflow orchestration.
Identify opportunities to optimize existing business processes through automation.
Systems & Process Optimization
Work closely with different departments to understand operational pain points and propose scalable automation solutions.
Document workflows, automation logic, and reporting structures.
Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot workflow failures or inconsistencies.
Improve process visibility through dashboards, alerts, and automated notifications.
Support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building AI-powered internal tools or assistants.
Experience working with CRMs, LMS platforms, HR systems, or operational management systems.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or scripting languages is a plus.
Experience in education, EdTech, SaaS, or service-based businesses is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
