Key Resposibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve maximum performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards across the store floor.
• Manage inventory and oversee stock control processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant retail experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
