Assistant Manager (AM) Internal Audit

Job Overview:
ShoeAffair Factory is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant ManagerInternal Audit to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading internal audits, evaluating risks, and ensuring operational compliance within our production unit.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct internal audits across office and production operations.
• Evaluate internal controls, risk management, and compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Identify control gaps, production inefficiencies, and cost overruns.
• Recommend corrective actions and monitor their implementation.
• Oversee inventory to identify discrepancies, losses, or theft.
• Investigate and report fraud, irregularities, or data manipulation.
• Ensure overall process and quality compliance.

Requirements:

• Education:
• ACCA / CA Inter / ACMA (Qualified).
• Experience:
• 3–4 years of audit experience (preferably in a production unit).
• Industry:
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or footwear industry is preferred.
