About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at Clive (Man Our Team). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions across multiple channels, managing online orders, and coordinating logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and complaints through WhatsApp, email, and calls.
• Resolve retail and online customer issues professionally and timely.
• Guide customers about products and recommend suitable options.
• Follow up with shops and courier companies regarding orders, parcels, and deliveries.
• Check Shipper Advice from courier partners regarding shipper advice, delivery status, delayed parcels, and booking issues.
• Verify IVR orders and customer details before dispatch.
• Handle online booking, exchange, and delivery-related issues.
• Prepare customer, complaint, and order-related reports.
• Coordinate online flyers and promotional requirements with shops.
• Perform any other task assigned by the HOD
