Assistant Flutter Developer / Assistant Project Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated female Flutter Developer to contribute to cross-platform mobile app development and assist with project coordination and client communications in a remote/hybrid setup. The role combines hands-on Flutter development with task tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable Dart code and follow Git-based version control workflows.
• Develop UI using Flutter widgets and ensure responsive designs for Android and iOS.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare regular status updates.
• Coordinate sprint tasks with product, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
• Assist in backlog grooming, create task breakdowns, and help estimate effort for small features and bug fixes.
• Perform manual/functional testing on devices and emulators; reproduce and report issues.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including clients, management, and legal teams; coordinate daily communication between teams.
• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivering projects on time.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meeting (MOMs), project reports, and status updates.

What we’re looking for

Must-have

• Practical experience with Flutter and Dart (internship or 1+ projects).
• Familiarity with Android and iOS app lifecycle, widgets, and responsive UI design.
• Hands-on knowledge of Git for source control and collaborative workflows.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON parsing.
• Familiarity with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar).
• Ability to write clear bug reports and perform manual testing on devices/emulators.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for coordination and status updates.
• Organizational skills: task tracking, basic backlog grooming, and Agile/Scrum concepts and tools (Jira, Trello, or equivalent).

Preferred

• Portfolio or internship projects demonstrating Flutter work.
• Experience estimating small features and coordinating releases.
