About the Role
Are you an experienced YouTube strategist with a proven track record of scaling channels? A UK-based digital media business is looking for a results-driven YouTube Growth & Revenue Specialist to manage and scale high-performing monetized channels in the Kids Animation and Motivational Content niches.
In this role, you will take ownership of channel performance, optimize content for maximum reach, and drive sustainable growth in views, subscribers, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies tailored to Kids Animation and Motivational content niches.

Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze YouTube Analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

SEO & Discoverability: Optimize video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails) to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and search visibility.

Audience Engagement: Boost viewer retention and community engagement through strategic content planning and audience feedback.

Revenue Maximization: Optimize monetization strategies to increase RPM, CPM, and overall channel revenue.
Key Requirments & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on YouTube growth and channel management experience.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of YouTube Studio, analytics, SEO best practices, and algorithm updates.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in scaling views, increasing subscriber counts, and improving audience retention on previous channels.

Work Ethic: Strong independent working style, reliability, and readiness to collaborate during the specified PKT hours.
