Full job description

Major Functions:

• Ensure timely execution of tasks and coordinating/Communicating with CSD & Engineering teams for task completion.
• Travelling within city for complaints handling.
• Maintain record of all tasks and share daily progress report.
• Maintain inventory report and share status of inventory on weekly basis.
• Will be responsible for relocation of ONTs & STBs within same premises.
• Responsible for customer ONT/STB Lab testing, upgrades and performance check. Collect faulty devices from customer and hand over to Lab team to validate device status. Re-Install device on customer premises.
• Should be capable of working under pressure with strict follow up on time lines.
• Support Field Operations team for GPON related issues whenever required.

Skills Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of GPON technology, Access Fiber network & end-user device functionality.
• Strong communication skills with customer handling back ground.
• Quick learner and ready to accept new challenges.
• Good hands on experience on MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc).
• Should have own conveyance for travelling.

Experience and Education

• B-TECH/DAE in Telecom/Electrical.
• 1 – 2 Years of relevant experience working in ISP/Telecom operator.
