Sigran seeks an experienced Trading Analyst to design and implement multi-asset trading strategies that maximize profitability and manage risk effectively. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in financial modeling, algorithmic trading development, and portfolio management. This role involves conducting advanced technical and fundamental market analysis while continuously monitoring live trades and market volatility to optimize trade entries, exits, and overall timing. The Trading Analyst will lead a team of 10 professionals, guiding strategy development, performance monitoring, and risk management to ensure sustained growth and capital scaling within dynamic market environments. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, with 5 or more years of professional experience in trading and analysis. Proficiency with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and TradingView is essential. The role requires excellent analytical and decision-making skills, as well as a solid understanding of market structure and price action. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 analysts and traders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize financial modeling techniques and algorithmic trading development to enhance execution.
• Leverage expertise with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and TradingView platforms for strategy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk management frameworks and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on global market developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
