Description:
Join ITM as a Telemarketing Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through effective lead generation and cold calling. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients following the company's lead generation strategy.
- Identify and qualify potential leads to support the sales pipeline.
- Engage with potential customers, present company products or services clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities using the company's CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and incoming inquiries.
- Develop and refine scripts and communication approaches to improve call effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate information or solutions to facilitate sales.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and campaign results.
- Report on progress and results to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
