About the Role

Umar Usman Interior is seeking energetic, responsible, and customer-oriented Social Media Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across various social media platforms, providing interior design & wallpaper details, closing sales, and maintaining customer records.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
• Requirements Gathering: Understand customer preferences, requirements, and interior design needs.
• Product Showcase: Share images, catalogs, and designs of wallpapers and interior solutions with prospective clients.
• Sales & Pricing: Provide accurate price quotes, ongoing offers, and detailed product specifications.
• Order Management: Book orders accurately and maintain complete sales records.
• Customer Support: Handle phone calls and deliver excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Good command of written and spoken Urdu & English.
• Social Media Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
• Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of operating computers/laptops and maintaining records.
• Personal Attributes: Punctual, honest, responsible, and sales-driven attitude.
