Description:

Pakmallz is seeking a motivated Social Media Manager with at least one year of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in content creation, community management, paid social advertising, and brand management. This role focuses on effectively managing multiple social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engage with the online community. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires collaboration with various departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution. Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) enhances the ability to plan, schedule, and optimize content for maximum impact. The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing creative social media strategies to drive audience growth and engagement. This role demands someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of analyzing data to refine marketing efforts. The successful candidate will monitor social media trends, interact with followers, and manage paid advertising campaigns to support Pakmallz’s business goals. Basic understanding and execution of tasks are expected, with room for growth and improvement within the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create compelling and relevant content tailored for each social media channel, aligning with Pakmallz’s marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and interactions promptly to foster engagement.
  • Plan and execute paid social advertising campaigns to increase reach and generate measurable results.
  • Use Content Management Systems to organize, schedule, and publish content efficiently across social platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure social media activities support overall company goals and brand consistency.
  • Analyze social media insights and campaign data to assess performance and inform continuous improvement of strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Pakmallz’s social presence competitive and innovative.
  • Maintain brand voice and image consistently across all social media platforms.
  • Support other marketing initiatives as necessary, contributing creative ideas to enhance digital marketing efforts.
