Hailz is seeking a skilled Social Media Consultant to enhance the company's digital presence and contribute to brand growth through effective social media advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of digital branding and growth techniques. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to use AI tools for content creation, making it essential to be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. As part of Hailz’s dynamic team based in Lahore, the consultant plays a vital role in building a local Pakistani brand by managing communications and supporting broader marketing and business initiatives. The Social Media Consultant will focus on planning and executing social media campaigns to increase user engagement and brand awareness. Although this position does not involve direct team management, the consultant works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate marketing activities and assist in community engagement efforts. In addition to digital tasks, responsibilities include guiding communication with customers, drivers, and partners and supporting on-ground promotional events such as university outreach and campus activations. Strong organizational skills, business acumen, and the confidence to independently drive projects are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media advertising strategies to grow the company's online presence and attract new users.
  • Create engaging digital content using AI tools, including videos and marketing materials tailored for various social media platforms.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns designed to increase customer acquisition and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage inbound communications through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels to support customers, drivers, and partners effectively.
  • Collaborate with the internal team and founders to align marketing activities with business growth and expansion strategies.
  • Coordinate and support on-ground marketing events such as university outreach programs, campus stalls, and brand activations to strengthen community engagement.
  • Assist in partnership development and maintenance of strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business planning by providing insights from digital marketing efforts and proposing innovative growth ideas.
  • Maintain professional communication standards while handling diverse audiences and ensure clarity of information regarding company services.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines in a busy startup environment while taking initiative to adapt strategies as needed.
