Lead Nest (Public Limited Company - Unlisted) is a full-service marketing and advertising agency based in Gujar Khan delivering integrated brand solutions: creative, digital, media and experiential.
We are hiring temporary/contract, on-rotation Sales Representatives (remote, commission-based) to generate and close leads for client campaigns. Ideal for fresh graduates seeking sales experience in marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social channels
- Present and pitch agency services to potential clients
- Follow up, negotiate, and close deals on a commission basis
- Log activities and update CRM; prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Hit monthly sales targets and KPIs; adapt to rotation and shift schedules
- Coordinate with marketing and account teams for campaign handoff
- Attend remote training and team meetings
What we're looking for
- Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive phone presence
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social, PPC) is a plus
- Comfortable with CRM, Google Workspace, and remote tools (Zoom, Slack)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and organized
- Ability to work flexible/rotating shifts and meet deadlines
- Prior internship or sales exposure advantageous but not required
