Al Habib Super Mall (Established 1991) is currently hiring an experienced, courteous, and highly motivated Salesman for our Toy Section. We are looking for an individual who understands the dynamics of retail sales, possesses excellent product knowledge, and can create a welcoming environment for kids and parents alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding age-appropriate toys and games.
- Present products effectively, demonstrating features and answering customer queries with expertise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display within the toy section.
- Ensure ethical behavior, high discipline, and a courteous attitude at all times on the shop floor.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience specifically in a Toy Section or similar retail environment.
- Skills:
- Expert in customer interaction and relationship building.
- Strong product knowledge and presentation skills.
- High level of professional ethics, discipline, and teamwork.
- Personality: Courteous, patient, and engaging.
