Al Habib Super Mall (Established 1991) is looking for an active and experienced Salesman to manage and drive sales in our Baby Garments Section. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of children's apparel and retail sales, helping parents and families find the right products. If you have a friendly personality and excellent communication skills, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the Baby Garments section with a polite and helpful attitude.
- Guide parents on clothing sizes, fabrics, and trends suitable for infants and toddlers.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and visually appealing display of baby clothes and accessories.
- Ensure stock levels are monitored and the floor is replenished with new inventory as needed.
- Answer customer queries effectively and help resolve any shopping concerns.
- Achieve departmental sales targets and contribute to the mall's overall success.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Prior retail sales experience is strictly required (experience in garments or baby products is a strong plus).
- Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact comfortably with families and children.
- Good organizational skills to keep the section tidy and manageable.
- Energy: Active, polite, and customer-service oriented.
