We are building a dedicated outbound sales engine to acquire US clients directly. The Sales Executive / Closer is the person who turns conversations into contracts. You are where pipeline becomes revenue — and you are the daily operations leader of the entire outbound team.

About This Role

You will receive meetings booked by our SDRs (Cold Callers) and live-transferred calls from prospects who are interested right now. These are US-based Home Services business owners — plumbers, HVAC contractors, electricians, roofers, and cleaning service operators — who need help getting more customers, building a professional website, showing up on Google, and managing their online reputation.

This is a single-call close environment. You don’t send a proposal and wait 2 weeks. You run a focused call: quick discovery (5-7 min), screen share their Google ranking to show the problem (3-5 min), present portfolio and before/after examples (5-10 min), give a verbal quote on the call (2-3 min), handle objections with ROI math (5-10 min), and close or schedule a follow-up within 48 hours. When the SDR transfers a hot prospect to you live, you close on the spot.

You are also the daily operations leader. The Lead Generator and SDRs report to you for shift coordination, call quality feedback, meeting handoff, and daily standups. You review VICIdial performance reports, coach SDRs on script and objection handling, and relay lead quality feedback to the Lead Generator. The CEO handles strategy and performance reviews; you handle daily execution.

Your commission is recurring. Unlike one-time bonuses, you earn 3% to 6% on every payment from every client you close, for as long as that client remains active. A client paying $1,500/month generates $45-90/month for you — every month. Build a portfolio of 10 active clients and your recurring commission alone adds PKR 125,000-250,000/month on top of your base salary. The more clients you retain, the more you earn without doing additional work.

What You Will Do Daily

  • Run sales calls with US Home Services business owners — these are pre-qualified prospects who either booked a meeting through the SDR or were live-transferred during the SDR’s call because they’re interested right now. You run 2-5 sales calls per day.
  • Execute the single-call close framework: Quick discovery → screen share their Google ranking (show competitor outranking them) → present portfolio with before/after examples → verbal quote on the call → handle objections with ROI math (‘If one new customer is worth $8,000 and we bring 2-3/month, that’s $16-24K from a $1,500 investment’) → close or schedule 48-hour follow-up.
  • Accept live transfers from SDRs — when a prospect is highly interested during the cold call, the SDR conferences you in. The SDR gives a 30-second warm intro, then you take over. This is your highest-conversion scenario.
  • Send proposals within 2 hours of the call — not 24-48 hours. Speed kills in home services sales. A plumber who said ‘yes’ on the phone at 10 AM will change his mind by 5 PM if he hasn’t received paperwork.
  • Manage your pipeline in ClickUp CRM — track every deal through stages (Meeting Scheduled → Discovery Done → Proposal Sent → Negotiation → Closed Won / Closed Lost). Update notes after every interaction.
  • Lead the daily team standup (end of shift) — review SDR performance: dials, conversations, meetings booked. Give feedback on call quality. Relay lead quality issues to the Lead Generator. Report up to CEO.
  • Coach SDRs weekly — listen to 5 random call recordings per SDR per week. Give specific feedback on opening lines, objection handling, and meeting booking technique.
  • Build and maintain your sales toolkit — portfolio slides, before/after screenshots, case studies, pricing sheet, competitor analysis, GMB audit template. This is your ammunition on calls.
  • Meet with Red Star’s department heads monthly (30 min each) — Web Dev, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, QA, Mobile. Stay updated on capabilities, new services, and portfolio pieces so you can sell confidently.
  • Follow up on proposals systematically — handle post-proposal questions, negotiate pricing, address final objections, and push toward signed agreement. No deal dies from lack of follow-up.
  • Build client relationships for retention and upsells — check in with active clients monthly, share their performance report (‘you got 47 calls from Google this month’), and identify upsell opportunities (add AI phone agent, add review management, upgrade package).
  • Meet ALL department heads (Web Dev, Digital Marketing, QA, UI/UX, Mobile) — 30-45 minutes each. Understand what we can deliver, timelines, and limitations.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, account executive, or closing roles — specifically selling services (not products) to US or international clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to run consultative sales calls with business owners and decision-makers — you ask the right questions, listen deeply, and position your solution around the prospect’s specific needs.
  • Experience presenting proposals, handling pricing conversations, and negotiating with confidence — you can discuss $1,500-3,500/month retainers without hesitation.
  • Clear, professional English communication — both verbal (you’ll be on phone and video calls with US business owners) and written (your proposals and follow-up emails must be polished and error-free).
  • Comfort with screen sharing and live demos — you will Google the prospect’s business on a shared screen and walk them through what’s wrong with their online presence. This requires confidence and quick thinking.
  • Experience using CRM systems (ClickUp, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline tracking, deal management, and forecasting.
  • Team management ability — you will lead SDRs and the Lead Generator day-to-day. You need to coach, give feedback, hold people accountable, and maintain team morale.
  • Understanding of digital marketing services — you can explain what local SEO, Google Ads, Google My Business, website design, and review management mean in business terms. You don’t need to be a marketer, but you need to sell these services intelligently.
  • Ability to work US shift hours (6 PM – 3 AM PKT, Monday–Friday) — non-negotiable.
  • Self-driven and organized — you will manage 10-30 active deals simultaneously, lead a team of 3-5 people, and follow up on every prospect without anything falling through the cracks.

Nice-to-Have (Will Set You Apart)

  • Experience selling to Home Services businesses (plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers, cleaning companies) or similar local service businesses / small businesses in the US.
  • Experience selling digital marketing services, website design, SEO, or Google Ads — especially to small businesses who have never purchased these services before.
  • Track record of closing recurring retainer deals in the $1,000-5,000/month range — with real numbers you can share.
  • Experience with a single-call close or one-call close sales methodology — where you diagnose, present, and close on the same call.
  • Previous experience managing or coaching SDRs / cold callers.
  • Experience with VICIdial or similar auto-dialer systems — reviewing agent performance reports, call recordings, and disposition data.
  • Familiarity with US local business landscape — Google My Business, local SEO, how home services business owners think about marketing.
  • Experience handling the ‘I already have a website guy’ and ‘I can’t afford it’ objections — these are the two most common objections in this niche.
  • Ability to create proposals using Google Docs, Notion, or professional proposal tools (Proposify, PandaDoc, or similar).
  • Knowledge of common US contract terms — service agreements, monthly retainers, 3-month minimum commitments, cancellation policies.

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary: PKR 140,000 – 200,000/month based on experience.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Location: On-site at our Islamabad office (this is not a remote position).
  • Shift: US business hours — 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT (Monday through Friday).
  • Sales calls are scheduled during peak US hours.
