Position: Freight Brokerage Sales Executive (US Market) – Remote
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freight Brokerage Sales Executive to help generate and onboard shippers in the US trucking market.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and reach out to potential shippers and customers
Generate new business through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and lead generation
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Understand customer freight requirements and provide logistics solutions
Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
Coordinate with operations/carrier team to ensure smooth service
Maintain CRM records, lead tracking, and customer updates
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Experience in freight brokerage, truck dispatch, logistics sales, or BPO sales preferred
Confidence in cold calling and sales conversations
Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
Basic understanding of US trucking/logistics industry is a plus
Stable internet and laptop/headset setup
Compensation:
Base salary + commission

Commission-based structure depending on experience and performance
