OutreachOps is seeking a driven and analytical Remote Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and clean data from various sources to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Write complex queries using SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases.
- Perform advanced data analysis using Excel to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to translate technical findings into easy-to-understand, actionable business insights.
- Present reports and analytical findings effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel (Advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong command of SQL for database querying and data extraction.

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate insights clearly.
