We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Video Editor to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a good understanding of real estate video editing styles and standards.
This is an onsite position only — remote work is not available.
Responsibilities:
- Edit real estate property videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Enhance videos with motion graphics and effects using After Effects
- Color correction and color grading for a clean, professional look
- Add smooth transitions, music, and branding elements
- Sync footage (drone, interior, exterior) into cohesive videos
- Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining high-quality output
- Follow company editing standards and client requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail and consistency
- Basic knowledge of real estate media (HDR, property flow, etc.) is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with drone footage editing
- Motion graphics and animation skills
- Sound editing and music syncing
Work Environment:
