HVAC System Management: Direct the HVAC team, overseeing the installation and commissioning of all systems to ensure they meet performance, energy efficiency, and quality benchmarks.
Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Manage the bidding process, negotiate contracts, and oversee all vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project goals and contract terms.
On-Site Management: Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior management, clients, consultants, and the building operating team, providing regular progress reports and facilitating effective communication.

Who We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of proven project management experience specifically in hotel, hospitality, or other large-scale construction projects.
Leadership & Coordination: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and coordinate diverse teams, including HVAC specialists, vendors, subcontractors, and on-site staff.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of construction procedures, MEP systems, quality standards, and health & safety regulations. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with strong abilities in negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
