We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Fulfillment Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end order processing. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for synchronizing our remote team in Pakistan with our physical warehouse operations in the UK. You will be the architect of efficiency, ensuring every order—from design queue to shipping label—is executed with 100% accuracy, particularly during high-stakes peak sales events.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of order fulfillment, ensuring seamless data flow between the remote design/admin teams and the UK dispatch center.
Team Coordination: Lead multi-shift scheduling for the Pakistan team and coordinate real-time with UK warehouse staff to meet daily dispatch deadlines.
Quality & Accuracy Control: Audit packing lists, design queues, and shipping labels to eliminate errors before they reach the customer.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on daily fulfillment targets per shift, per product, and per team member.
Workforce Management: Handle shift rotations, overtime requirements, and public holiday staffing to ensure coverage during peak loads.
Training & SOPs: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); ensure all team members are experts in our e-commerce tools.
