HR Manager

Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support a professional, employee-focused work environment at Alnoor Diagnostic Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure strict compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive HR records, attendance, and employee documentation.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience (experience in the healthcare sector is preferred).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation
