Moses Patient Care Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Attendant to join our team. You will provide respectful, attentive care to patients in their homes, helping with daily activities, comfort needs, and overall well-being.
We are committed to delivering professional, compassionate, and personalized care to every patient we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support mobility and safe movement
- Help with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Remind patients to take medications as instructed (no clinical procedures unless trained)
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition to supervisors or family
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Follow care plans, safety procedures, and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus
- Patient, kind, and trustworthy personality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow care instructions and routines
- Flexible schedule and dependable attendance
- Training or certification in caregiving is an advantage
