Description:
Royel Green Basket is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a minimum of two years of professional experience. This role involves creating visually appealing designs and compositions primarily for printing purposes using CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other related software. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong skills in layout design, vector graphic creation, and accurate text setting in English, Arabic, and Urdu languages. The position requires the designer to work either part-time or full-time from home, producing high-quality materials such as banners, flyers, cards, and other print-ready items. Attention to detail, speed, and responsibility are essential qualities for success in this role. The Graphic Designer will lead and manage a small team of two persons to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design and compose print materials including banners, flyers, cards, and other promotional items using CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
- Create visually appealing layouts and vector graphics that conform to the company’s quality standards and branding guidelines.
- Set text accurately and attractively in multiple languages, specifically English, Arabic, and Urdu, ensuring proper alignment and readability.
- Prepare and finalize files for printing by verifying color profiles, resolution, formats, and bleed settings to avoid printing errors.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet deadlines.
- Ensure all print-related work meets technical specifications and client expectations while maintaining creative integrity.
- Manage and provide guidance to a team of two graphic design professionals, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all design outputs before submission for printing or distribution.
- Apply feedback and revisions quickly and accurately to finalize designs.
- Maintain an organized digital library of design assets and project files for easy access and reference.
- Stay current with design trends, software updates, and printing techniques to enhance the quality and effectiveness of designs.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, printers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project execution and resolve any issues.
