As part of our long-term growth strategy, Sperton is building an international franchise model that will enable entrepreneurs and business leaders to establish and operate Sperton offices in new markets.

We are now looking for a experienced Global Franchise Development Manager who will lead the design, development, and launch of Sperton's global franchise business.

Your Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will develop and launch Sperton's franchise model, creating the systems, processes, and framework required to successfully recruit, onboard, and support franchise partners.

What you'll do

• Develop Sperton's franchise strategy and business model.
• Design the franchise proposition, territory model, and commercial framework.
• Lead the development of franchise documentation, operations manuals, and training program.
• Build the franchise recruitment, onboarding, and support process.
• Develop franchise sales materials and evaluate potential franchise partners.
• Establish operational standards, KPIs, reporting, and quality processes.
• Work closely with leadership to drive global franchise expansion.

Who you are

• Proven experience developing or expanding a franchise business.
• Strong understanding of franchise operations, partner onboarding, and business development.
• Experience creating scalable systems, processes, and operational frameworks.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Experience in professional HR services, recruitment, consultancy industries is highly desirable.
