What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and Deploy Full-Stack Features: Own user stories from concept through delivery; clarify requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct comprehensive testing, and release to production
- Identify and Resolve Bugs: Perform root cause analysis on issues, address underlying problems rather than surface symptoms, and prevent regressions through strategic testing
- Elevate Code Standards: Evaluate designs and pull requests to ensure they are clear, simple, and correct, preventing technical debt from entering the codebase

- Creating pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backend systems as ends in themselves
- Executing specifications without grasping the underlying problem
- Spending excessive time in meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or coordinating with others

Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production-level code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).
- Proven ownership: Track record of owning entire modules, product features, or teams—not just executing isolated tasks
- Self-sufficient execution: Capacity to unblock yourself, manage your own workflow, and navigate forward in ambiguous contexts
- Hands-on experience using generative A.I. tools as part of your daily development workflow
