Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: PKR 45,000 – 60,000

Job Description

Kaka Bawa Sons is looking for an Ecommerce & Operations Executive to manage Shopify product uploads, inventory updates, order handling, dispatch coordination, and customer communication related to online orders.

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Shopify, product data, customer queries, and daily order operations for crockery, tableware, kitchenware, and home lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and manage products on Shopify
• Add product titles, prices, descriptions, images, variants, and stock details
• Update collections, banners, and basic website content when required
• Maintain product inventory and coordinate stock availability
• Process online orders and coordinate dispatch
• Handle order-related troubleshooting and customer follow-ups
• Respond to Shopify, WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone queries related to orders
• Coordinate with store staff for packing, fulfillment, and dispatch status
• Maintain daily records of product uploads, orders, and pending tasks
• Report issues and updates to management regularly

Requirements

• Basic experience with Shopify or ecommerce platforms
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel
• Good communication skills in Urdu and basic English
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally
• Organized, responsible, and process-driven
• Willingness to learn and work in a retail/store environment

Preferred

• Experience in ecommerce operations, Shopify, retail order handling, or customer support
• Basic Canva knowledge for banner/post updates will be a plus
• Experience with crockery, tableware, kitchenware, home décor, retail, or lifestyle products will be preferred
