What you'll be doing

Job Scope:

1. Manage daily operations of online stores across multiple e-commerce platforms
2. Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)
3. Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies
4. Handle customer inquiries, chats, and order processing efficiently
5. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements
6. Coordinate inventory updates and ensure product availability
7. Assist in basic content creation for marketing (banners, captions, product posts)

What we're looking for

Requirements:

1. Prior experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or any)
2. Strong understanding of online selling, sales growth, and marketplace algorithms
3. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
4. Good communication and problem-solving skills
5. Basic knowledge of digital marketing or content creation is an advantage
6. Comfortable working remotely (work from home setup)
7. Basic computer skills (Excel, product uploading, order management tools)
8. Good command of spoken and written English is required ( Basic also acceptable)
