A global leader in flooring, textiles, and home décor products, supplying major retailers across North America. We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Processing Representative to support our growing operations.

Role Overview

Provide excellent customer support while managing high-volume order processing. You'll handle customer inquiries, process orders, resolve shipping issues, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 30+ inbound customer calls daily
  • Process and track purchase orders
  • Update order information and customer records
  • Resolve shipping, inventory, and order issues
  • Maintain accurate data entry across multiple systems
  • Use Excel to manage reports and inventory data
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AS400 or other ERP systems
  • Knowledge of EDI or retail supply chain processes
