Role Overview
Provide excellent customer support while managing high-volume order processing. You'll handle customer inquiries, process orders, resolve shipping issues, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 30+ inbound customer calls daily
- Process and track purchase orders
- Update order information and customer records
- Resolve shipping, inventory, and order issues
- Maintain accurate data entry across multiple systems
- Use Excel to manage reports and inventory data
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office
Nice to Have
- Experience with AS400 or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of EDI or retail supply chain processes
